With one daughter about to enter junior high and the other in high school, the designer created the HAFU DESK with them in mind, hoping that the desk could be useful and cherished in the household for a long time. The design takes into consideration how the desk appears in a given space, and emphasizes functionality, with the large hooks on either side able to support bags and backpacks. Drawers can be accessed from either side for a smooth transition from work desk to a cozy dining table for two.
